CKE SURVEY

  • The CKE Community Association engaged the professional firm of Stone-Olafson to conduct the 2022 CKE Community Engagement Study.
     

  • A total of 544 residents completed the survey (97% of which were from single family homes and 59% of which had children in the household).

  • Over 80% of respondents were concerned about zoning changes / densification within CKE.

  • Safeguards to ensure that no single IP address could complete the survey multiple times.
     

  • A sample of this size typically yields a credibility interval of +/- 4.2% nineteen times out of twenty.
     

  • The Community Engagement Study indicated significant discomfort with the Heritage Local Area Plan.
